About Us
CEG delivers creative and sustainable projects, which reflect and integrate with existing communities.
For the last decade, CEG has embraced localism, working with communities, Parish and Town Councils and local groups, to deliver projects which best suit a site, meet local needs and are set within a defined context.
Our successful high quality schemes include sustainable new homes, recreation and neighbourhood facilities using the best materials and good quality design, underpinned by our commitment to long term investment into our sites around the UK.
The delivery of high quality and sustainable projects and their future management is important to CEG, as it supports the company’s ethos to deliver inspirational places, which are welcomed by local communities.

CEG Case Study
CEG have a track record in delivering sustainable projects.
Kirkstall Forge - CEG secured outline planning consent in 2007 for the creation of one of the largest mixed-use regeneration schemes in Leeds. The scheme includes the delivery of many community benefits (totalling over £24m) including:
- a new train station
- two substantial signalised junctions
- riverbank works
- construction of a 125m flood relief channel
On site delivery is currently taking place. Community involvement in the design phase led to the creation of a positive thinking liaison group and CEG was held up as ‘exemplar of involving the community in the planning and design process’
